Listing Problems... again

I went to make several new listings this afternoon and evening. And again I run into problems that I believe have to be associated with Auctiva's software.

My first posting went okay (190336509479). But my second one failed to put the template in
(190336591550). Then when I tried to put a third listing into ebay motors it keep trying to give me my previous ad decription and photos upon hittng the review button.

I tried and tried to cut all the description and start the ad all anew but it keep 'remembering' this previous ad every time I hit the 'preview button on a new ad. I even left the Auctiva site on several occassions hoping things would readjust.

On my third ad (190336607123), it has failed to put the text into the template area.

I wanted to list some more items this evening but I'm fed up with this auctiva site and software.

The text is actually in the listing. The color Black was chosen for the text, so black on black background won't show. Looks like it's done in Word and that color choice was part of the Word code.
