I have used Auctiva to list many items in my store. However, I am really confused as to what the difference is between the saved, imported and listing folders/actions. Some of my store listings that ended up with no buyers show up in the saved lsting and some don't. I am trying to relist these items and it takes me through e-bay to relist. Is this normal or is it possible to relist from Auctiva? The auctions that I listed earlier show the hits but the auction I relisted through ebay by way of the link do not.
I know i am probably not making any sense but what I am basically asking is, How do I change all my closed listings to the saved listings so that I can relist easily and through Auctiva?

Currently Auctiva does not offer a relist option, this must be done from ebay to get the credit.

If you listed an item using Auctiva then it is already in your saved folder when you listed it.

Hi c_ridges,

You can import your closed listings to saved listings by going to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Closed. Then, just check the boxes next to the listings you want to import, and click the "Import" button. This will import the selected listings to your saved listings folder.

Like wahm922 mentions above, you must still relist through eBay if you wish to remain eligible for the listing fee reimbursement from eBay.
