listing scheduler not working

Hi buzz,

Do you have the "Adjust for Daylight Savings Time" selected in your Auctiva account preferences (just under the Time Zone setting)?

To elaborate.....

The listing scheduler schedules according to time specific to your selected account time zone and the optional compensation for daylight savings time, e.g. if you select the Central Standard Time zone and check "Adjust for Daylight Savings time" and schedule a listing for 1pm tomorrow, the listing lists at 1pm CDT tomorrow (since we are currenlty in daylight savings). Since US switch to Daylight Savings Time a few weeks ago, it's an important consideration for scheduling.

Local time on your computer (wherever you are on the planet) is not a consideration for the scheduler. The scheduler operates specific to what you select in account settings.

I have went into preferences and corrected the settings and time zones and daylight savings box.I will schedule another to see if this works and keep you posted.I REALLY appreciate the info.....JacquieP ,If you hav'nt already found it,Go to "my account" drop down menu,then click"settings" ,then go to "account settings",directly under "account preferences" you will see "listing managment",that is where you will find "timezone" settings,Hope this helps you also,If not,post again,there are many experienced people that will help,Thanks Danno,for the info

Okay I just wanted to say Thanks Again Danno.That Seems to have fixed the problem.Since I'm new,,Will I have to Change back when Daylight savings ends? Last Question..After i completed the listing,and opened the scheduler,,the auctive clock and my computer clock are not in sync(auctiva clock about 6 minutes ahead of computer.I scheduled for 6:15 pm(on auctiva)and saved.I checked at 6:15 to see if it posted,,it didnt,,went back to scheduler,,now it says 6:21 pm,,and it posted at that time,,any ideas?
