If Auctiva's store is not REALLY a store but just a regergistration of all Ebay items listed, why doesn't Auctiva direct you to your eBay's store with all the custom pages that have been set up?

Seems like I'm paying for the eBay store but getting the benefit of all the work I put into it's custom pages. Not to be complaining but I need to know what I have to keep open at other sights. Eden
Can you just post your question 4 Eleven, and I will see if I can help. I have responded to Eden's posts as well - but do not recall which one it is on as I have seen a few regarding the same question.

Concerning the stores, Auctiva's is still in the works and will be allowing us to add our own inventory in their next phase. Until then, if you wish to be able to still list store inventory and keep the lower listing fees, you need to keep your ebay store or else you will be paying auction prices. There is no way around this.

You cannot update your Auctiva store and expect it to show in place of ebay's pages, you must do this thru your ebay store pages. Also once the inventory is active thru Auctiva, you will not see your store listings show up thru ebay if it is not listed on ebay. It will only be thru Auctiva.

Hope this helps you.
