listing to both ebay store and auctiva store????

I am new to auctiva and slightly confused. A new listing shows up only in the auctiva store and not ebay store. Buyers can access both stores. How do I list an item to show up in both stores? Or how do I change my ebay listings so that when a potential buyer clicks on my store, that they get the auctiva store and not ebay store????? Please help.

Hi, do you have an eBay store for them to show up in ?

If you have an eBay store it will appear there automatically but it can take few hours to appear in there (and in searches) during the time your listing is being indexed. Like indexing a book so the reader can easily find a specific item to read.
