Hi -
If one of your items doesn't sell on ebay, do you relist through ebay or auctiva? If you relist through auctiva, do you still get the special deal that ebay offers at times if an item didn't sell?

Yes, you will receive your relist credit for unsold auction items, as long as you relist from your "closed" listing page on Auctiva.
