Is this a problem others are having, as well? Sunday at 5:22 PST I tried to upload a new eBay listing through Auctiva. Generally, new listings appear almost immediately in my eBay active auctions list, even if it can take as long as 24 hours to be indexed into eBay's search engine.
When the listing failed to appear in my active list, I tried to repost it using Auctiva about 30 minutes later. It still has not appeared.
At 6 a.m., eBay live chat assured me the listing was never received by eBay and no listing fees have been assessed to me for the item.
I have several similar items already listed that I wanted to run concurrently with this one, but I am at a loss. I would list it directly through eBay (or some other third party vendor), but I am afraid my previous two attempts will randomly show up.
Auctiva Live Chat is offline (although this is within its listed available hours), and I've sent a support request. In the meantime, I'm hoping someone else has a clue what's going on.
