Hi, I am new to this site. I use to be a Turbo Lister user. I thought I would give Activa a try.

I go through the listing and fill out each box. Upload my photo's and pick the template I want. At the end it is time to save my listing. I have tried to click on the "save button" and also the "save new button" and I keep getting the same message.
"An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues."

I have tried to save my listing about four times now and one more time this morning. I am frustrated.

I hope someone can help.

Things like that can sure be frustrating! I feel for ya!

If you haven't used Auctiva's support, you're in for a pleasant surprise. Do what the message says and give them a try. They're very helpful and respond rather quickly. Sometimes, it's almost unreal how fast they are! Wink

You should be up and running in no time. Please let us know how it goes.

That's never happened to me, so I'm unsure as to why it's happening to you...did you get a token when you first signed up? Need that!
Anyway, if you have your token click on the help button and on the right you'll see 'file a support request'. Don't worry, the difference between the Auctiva folks and the Ebay bots is night & day. They should answer you shortly.

Thank you for your help. I tried getting in touch using Auctiva's support. This comes up with an error "Server Error in '/' Application". I am really lost now!

Thank you for your help. I got a token when I signed up. I clicked on the help button to 'file a support request'. When I did a error page came up and it said "Server Error in '/' Application". I have a problem but do not know how to fix it or get in touch with Auctiva support since the help button does not work.

I just reviewed your account and was able to save several listings without encountering the error you are describing. I also see that you were able to successfully post a listing earlier today so hopefully this problem had something to do with the maintenance and updates we conducted either last night or this morning and has since been resolved.

If you are still experiencing this problem, I recommend trying to file a support request using the following link: http://support.auctiva.com. If you are unable to file a support request through that page, please send an email describing the problems you are encountering to support@auctiva.com, and cite this thread in your message.
