Hi dutchman48,

Thanks for posting your questions here.

Yes, you are welcome to post listings through Auctiva without using a template if you would like. In order to do so, you would simply need to refrain from choosing a template using the “Select Template” button on the lister page when creating your items.

It is not possible to remove Auctiva templates from active or saved listings in bulk, so that is something you would need to do on an individual basis if desired.

In order to avoid using our image hosting when posting through Auctiva, you would need to use the externally hosted image option we have available, which can be enabled by clicking the “switch to externally hosted images"at the bottom of the Auctiva Image Selection section on the lister page.

You can also set your account to enable this option by default by mousing over the “My Account” tab, selecting the “Acct Preferences” option under “Settings”, selecting “Extrernal” from the drop down menu next to “Default Image Hosting” in the “Image Management” section and then clicking the “Update Account Preferences” button below.

However, to use this option, you will need to be able to provide the URLs of your images when creating your listings, which (unless you have a suppliers that provide online images for you) will require uploading your images to another image hosting service.

If you need any specific assistance using this option, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab within your account and we will be happy to continue working with you.

-Mike
