Listings and deleates..

I have just closed my store on ebay and also took some of my store items and made them active on the auction... What is happening is that some items are still showing on the picture scroll that have been deleated and other items that have been up dated to an auction status are still showing as though they are in my ebay store that is closed.. Can anyone advise.. Does it take hours for this site to update info or what? Thanks to all that can provide advise

Hi Steve,

1) If you have listings that've been deleted on eBay and want to remove them from your Auctiva store and store window, you must make them "hidden" in the Auctiva store. To do this, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store -> Edit/Select -> Featured Items. Click the boxes next to the items you'd like hidden and click "Make hidden"

2) The store window is refreshed every 4 hours and closed items removed at next refresh.
