Hi avtco,
Since you are seeing red x's in place of the new images you upload into Auctiva when you attempt to add them to your listings, it is possible that there is something on your end that is just blocking you from being able to see your Auctiva hosted images. We occasionally receive reports from customers that are worried their images are not showing up because they have accidentally configured their browsers to block images entirely or just those from Auctiva.com.
Assuming you are using Internet Explorer, you may want to make sure your browser is not configured to block images before going any further. You can do this by selecting "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu, clicking the "Advanced" tab and then ensuring that the box next to "Show Pictures" is enabled.
If you do find that these images are indeed missing from your listings, you would have to upload new copies of those images into your account and add those to the listings using eBay’s “Revise your Item” form. I suspect you have already come across the complete instructions for doing so in the thread in the “Images” section.
Also, when you create and save or post a listing through Auctiva, a copy of that listing will automatically be saved in your Saved Listings folder for future use. If you have not deleted any saved listings from your account and you cannot find one for an Auctiva credit listing, it is likely that you saved over that one while creating a new listing from that existing one at some point.
The Saved Listings page is also set to only display those used in the past 30 days by default. If you select “All” from the drop down menu labeled “Listings from last x days” on your Saved Listings page, you should then be able to see them all regardless of when they were last used.
If you continue to have trouble with this, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site:
