Listings are not importing

Hi,
I was under the impression that if I created a listing on Ebay it would automatically import to Auctiva. During this past weekend nightmare I ended up launching directly through Ebay. Now I need to create similar listings to that one but I can't find any imported listings at all. Is there a way to manually import listings? Is this another glitch?

Listings posted directly through eBay are imported automatically=)

I have just placed your account on priority list to reconcile with eBay. Your remaining eBay listings should be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window within the next 12 hours. I apologize for the delay.

It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window, but due to the high volume of recent signups, this process has slowed down over the past week. We're currently working to develop a system that will make this process more efficient.
