Hi again I just posted. I would like to add one thing. I tryed listing through Auctvie and that listing did`nt show up on ebay. The listing did but auctiva did`nt. Anyone have an answer. kc

Hi rick yes thats correct. I Auctiva told me to try there lister so I did. And my listing appeared on ebay but auctiva did not. so that did`nt work. I have checked all my listings and its funny because some show up and some dont. I list these items all at the same time. I dont get it. Then auctiva suport says it takes a few days but some of these are months. I need help kc
I'm still not understanding. Is it the scrolling store window that isn't showing up? The template you used is there, right?

Ah, okay, I see. The best thing to do would probably be to file a support request (bottom of the Help page) if you haven't already and they'll help you get that straightened out.
Hello! I was told only 14 items at a time will show up in the scrolling window. After the items end it will re-populate with 14 more items.

Hi gardenboy this is how you do it. When your done with your discription in ebay. Look at the top of the discripion block you can change your text to html. Change it to html then scroll down and paste the auctvia store window at the bottom. Then just finnish your listing and it will appare. But it will be under your discription if you need the link get back with me....kc
Hi there having similar problem. I have noticed that my one and only listing that I tried out on Auctiva yesterday does not show up on on other listings I have in the showcase. Now someone has said 14 is limit that may be the reason.

Yes, that very well could be the reason.
The store window is set to display 14 of your active listings at a time and is refreshed every 2 hours. Each time the store window refreshes, it is populated with another 14 of your current listings that are ending around the same time as the next auction of yours that is viewed.
If this does not resonably explaun the issue you are experiencing, I recommend filing a suppot case using the appropriate link on our help page:
