Listings from ebay not uploading to auctiva

Sorry if this isn't the place to post, but I'm new to everything Auctiva offers. I've always uploaded listings directly through Ebay or Turbo lister and then about 4 hours later they appear at Auctiva resulting in my Store Window being placed on my listing (I never thought of uploading directly through Auctiva, I'll try that from now on).

The listings I posted on Ebay on Tuesday still have not uploaded to Auctiva, and my Store Window is not showing (and I can tell the difference in traffic...WOW!). I sent a message using Auctiva's help form and they said it would take a few hours to fix. It's been that long. Is there anyway to manually upload my listings from Ebay to Auctiva so my Store Window appears and I can increase my traffic before I lose money?

I am having the same issue. I just filed a support request. You should do the same.

As stated in my message, I did file a help form. The timeframe they gave me passed without correction. As per your request, I have filed yet another form. I hope it gets fixed before my auctions end. =)
