Hi I had scheduled several auctions on ebay and most ended without success. So I had a few more start today and I thought I would check them to see how many "viewers" had taken a look. I noticed that they hadn't been viewed at all. So I did a search on ebay and my listings aren't coming up in a search. Any suggestions? They are in my ebay, under my "selling" category and in auctiva under my "active listings", just not coming up in a search on ebay. Is there a delay at all from auctiva to ebay? I relatively new to auctiva. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi - The delay you are seeing is a normal one, as your listings have to be indexed by ebay's servers before they will show up in search results. This "normally" takes anywhere from 1 or 2 hours to 5 or 6 hours or more. It can take as much as 12 hours or more depending on the type of items listed and ebay's server workload. Some seller's have reported delays of over 24 hours all the way up to never. I personally see results between 2 to 5 hours. Be patient if you can, as long as they show up on your "my ebay" page, you should be fine, eventually. This has been a VERY long-standing complaint on the ebay boards.
Hi bhelton,

Once your listing shows on eBay and you do a search they should show up. I'm not sure what the time delay may be on eBay's search engine, but I have had some to show within a very brief time. If the listing is in your "My eBay" then it is not an Auctiva issue.

What are some of the key words you used in your listing? I'm sure you know better than I this is the key to getting your listings to come up.

PS - Looks like ninth has given you very good response.
