Listings not importing

Hi,

Is there a way to actually request listing update? It would be nice to get a button for update listings from Ebay... I needed to add pictures to a launched listing but it was not in Auctiva as active yet. The same listing that showed as active had already ended. Can this process be improved? It always seem to take sooooo long and actually most of the time I don't even bother with it. Can we improve that, please?

I think you can file a support request for this.

If nothing else, though, you could revise it in Saved Listings then use the "Get HTML" button and plug that HTML in to the description area at eBay's Revise page.
