Hi! I just looked at the API error message eBay sent back when the listing failed to post--you have this in your listing description:

PLEASE WRITE ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY

BY CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER

I DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS

Because eBay no longer allows "paper payments" in most categories, you will need to remove that from your description and try to list it again.

Hope that helps!

Hello!
I looked at a listing you created today and the API error message eBay sent back was due to not having the "Domestic Handling Time" selected in your listing. Once you correct that, it should post to eBay. Check in the "Active Listings" section on Auctiva, or you can verify if it has listed by going to your "My eBay" page on eBay, and see if it is there in your "Selling" section.

Good luck!

I TOO AM HAVING PROBLEMS LISTING. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT IS WRONG,,,IT JUST SAYS IT NEEDS EDITED. I HAVE CHANGED THE SHIP TIME IN DAYS, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO CORRECT IF THE SALE HAS NOTHING HIGHLIGHTED TO CORRECT????

At the top of nearly every page is a set of colored boxes where it says "Notifications"--the red shows listing errors. Click on that to see what listings received errors from eBay when trying to post them. I checked a couple of listings you tried to post today, and they were not listed because the Domestic Handling Time was not selected in the Shipping Tools section of the lister.
Once you fix that error, it should post fine. You can also view the error messages by clicking on your "Scheduled" listings--you will see listing errors in red. Click on the "View Error" link to see the reason why eBay rejected it. If you are still unable to pinpoint the reason your listing failed to post, you can always file a support ticket and our support team can look into it. Hope that helps!
