Listings not showing up on ebay

Hi when I list my items on ebay some show up on auctvia and some dont. But the funny thing is that I do the listings at the same time. I have asked support for help and they just run me around. Please if someone would help I would Appreciate it. Thanks kc

At least you are able to LIST! I've had runtime errors ALL day and haven't been able to list ANYTHING! I cannot even get an email through to Auctiva and it seems ONLY the Message Boards are working. Wish you could tell me HOW you were able to list today when everything *I* try to do on here gives me runtime errors.
