Hi... Ive been selling for a wee while on ebay now but have just joined Auctiva...
My question to anyone that can help out there is... Once a new listing is placed, (I now understand it takes a few hours for ebay to load, after coming here and reading some posts.. by the way I have also voted in the poll taking place) is there a delay all the time... meaning for future listings as well or just in the begining? I didnt do a search in ebay for my listings, like most people, I just noticed they weren't appearing in my ebay store..and ended up canceling them, thinking I did something wrong... So.. can anyone help with answering if there is a delay for auctiva listings to be shown on ebay everytime you list or just in the begining when you join?? Oh.. and just to confirm... will my auctiva auction listings appear in my ebay store, once ebay decide to load them?? Cheers... Sophie.

Hello Sophie!

I think I understand your question(s). Smile I'll do by best with the answer.

For the most part, when you post an auction, whether it be Auction Style, Fixed or Store Listing, it will appear in your 'Active Listings' under your 'My eBay' rather quickly. In most cases, instantly. Now depending on eBay, they will go live as soon as your postings come up in the queue. So don't cancel any listings once you submit them from Auctiva, unless there is something you can't revise when it goes live.

I hope that helps Sophie.

Good luck!
