Listings one hour early

How come my listings which I scheduled for after 9am are listing after 8am. Do I need to change something for daylight savings or what?

Yes, it appears you need to go to your account settings and uncheck the DST box. I found the info on another thread

Go to the following location to change your settings: MY ACCOUNT...SETTINGS...ACCOUNT SETTINGS...then uncheck the box that states "Add __ minutes for daylight savings time."
