Today (09/26) at 10:46 AM I created a listing and scheduled it to post at 7:04 PM tonight. I just went into My Ebay and it has already posted. I have no idea what time it posted, but it has an ending time of 7:04 AM. For it to end at that time I would have had to create the listing by 7:04 AM today, but the listing wasn't created until 10:46 AM today, so I'm not getting a full 7-day listing in addition to my listing ending in the morning instead of in the evening. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any explanation as to how this could happen?

Hi mailbelle,

I just viewed your Auctiva saved listings page and the last post date for item # 250033411943 and it is listed as 7:04 AM PST. Since eBay also lists this exact time as the start date, it seems unlikely that it is incorrect.

Could this discrepancy simply be due to the fact that you are in a different time zone?

If you believe that this listing's post time is inaccurately displayed on your eBay auction, I suggest contacting eBay support for further assistance with this matter. They may be able to extend the end time under these circumstances.

If I had created the ad prior to 7:04 PDT (9:04 in my time zone) then I could accept the fact that I had possibly selected AM instead of PM; but the listing hadn't been created yet. That is why I say I'm not getting a full 7-day listing. eBay SAYS the listing started at 7:04/9:04 but that's impossible because it hadn't been created yet. The whole thing is baffling to me!
When I've done this by accident choosing AM instead of PM...I get the "DOH" screen Rick.

Then I smack my hand to my forehead and change it as that is the only way it will let the item go through.

I have to wonder if she has her time set up.

I have my time with Auctiva set up to match eBay instead of EST. This has been a problem with others in the past.

My Best,
Donna
