Hi everyone! This post is more of a warning than a help me post... Last night I was listing and when I went back into ebay I saw that three of my listings (all within a 5 minute time frame) had posted twice. I did open a support case and asked what to do. Of course I got the "we are not responsible we are free" blah blah, but that wasn't really the big issue for me. I also got the "only click post once" - uhhh yeah, duh... I did only click post once, then I got the screen that comes up every so often, we've all seen it "An error has occured, etc." When I went to look at my saved listings it was there, with the little star telling me it was posting, so I went on to the next listing. Same thing happened, went on to the next one, happened again, went on to the next one... Thats when I looked in ebay and saw the three that gave me the error posted twice. My point? oh yeah... If you were listing last night just double check ebay to make sure you aren't selling two of something you only have one of!
Please don't take this as a rant - I still love auctiva, I just wanted to let ya know to check your listings. I already contacted ebay and am waiting to hear back as to whether I can get those lost fees back, but even if I don't it's still a small price to pay for an awesome listing site! (
