Listings still not being Posted?

Hi,yes am experiencing the same problem with posting my listings and the last message from Mike Auctiva was from 9th January at 11.50pm.no more news as to when the problem will be rectified.

Hi - yes I am still having problems listing my items. I posted them yesterday and it showed failure. I re-posted them and now it is showing "posting" and has been for hours but it still has not posted anything on eBay. Hopefully they will get it sorted out soon - fingers crossed.

I am still having trouble too. I tried listing last night around 8:45 and it still is not working. I have a couple of people that are trying to pay me and they are not able to do it. I am so frustrated. I don't know when they are going to fix it.

I even tried to cancel the posting and reset it would not let me do either. I don't know when they are going to fix it. If anyone finds out something let us know.

You can always relist in Ebay this time around ... until Auctiva get the problem fixed.

I read on one of the posts last night, that Auctiva would be "shutting down" at 9:00 p.m. PST, and start up again, some time this morning. I'm not sure which post I read it in, I've been jumping around here, just looking for new info.
So, just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it will be working today!

This is the 3rd day for me, not being able to post listings. Is there a way to take all the bulk listings out of Auctiva and into Ebay, without have to list individually. I have 54 listings and, yes, it is very frustrating and costing me money.

My items are posting on ebay, but I'm having trouble with buyers unable to checkout through Auctiva they are getting an error. Is anyone having this trouble? Not being able to receive payment?

I dont think there's a way of bulk posting you might have to do it one at a time. I'm having problems receiving payment through Auctiva checkout.

Still having issues here. It's 10:46am CT. I am unable to schedule relists. I'd hate to give more money to eBay. I hope it gets fixed soon.

This stinks! I have several hundred listings to get up (I want them saved in here for our new stores) and it's taking nearly 30 minutes to get one listed because it is SO SLOW)

I can't receive payment either. I have been messaging my customers that there is a problem and invoicing them directly from Paypal. At least I can get paid this way!

On another message board, I followed the advice of "ARROWHEAD DEALER". The advice worked just like described. You apparently can list in real time but still not able to schedule in the future. Below is the text from them verbatim...

Hey all. It appears the bug with auctiva is in the scheduled listings section of the software. I was able to post me scheduled listings this morning by doing the following:
1) go to your saved listings
2) click on the create similar listing tab on the right
3)than post - don't schedule it's still not working!

My listings went live on ebay right away and all the template - scrolling gallery - and images are present!!

I thought I was the only one not receiving payments, Some of my ebayers that have combined item are sending me payment through paypal on "send money" or I am sending them an invoice.
I'm just glad that they are really helpful with this to make sure I get my payment. Thank you for the reply Glitz.
