Listings stuck in active but ended in Ebay

hmm I think I know what you mean.
I had one I couldn't stop either. In fact I just quit worrying about it. Finally, some one saw past the fact the pic and the label said two different things and bought it anyway; then I was rid of it.....I couldn't find out how to stop it in the Scrolling Gallery either. I don't know if this is a similar problem but I think they are related, sorry!

I don't know why they'd still be showing in your active listings. I'm pretty sure you'll have to contact Auctiva to get the listings removed from your Scrolling Gallery or to update the images in the SG. Maybe ask them while you're there and see what they can do to get it cleaned up for you.

Find Auctiva Support through the help tab at the top right of your page. There's a link in there.
