Listings take LONG time to post!??!

mine have been scheduled and still arent showing on Ebay..its been 1/2 hour....if it takes this long to post dont you think there should be a notification to the seller of such? I depend on my listings to be posted at a certain time every day...whats the problem?

grrrrrr Im not happy about this at all...what if they dont list after the 30 min retry? what happens then????

and an hour after scheduling...no listings on Ebay....hmmmmm and no reply from the EXPERTS?

When you say no listings on eBay, do they show up in My eBay? Do you get an error message from Auctiva? At the top right of all pages (except community) are green, yellow, and red numbers. Are there any yellow or red numbers? If so, click on them and you will get a message on why something did not post. If there are only green numbers, then that should mean things posted correctly and eBay is the problem. Normally, eBay takes up to 12 hours for items to show in searches. Hope some of that helps. If that's not the problem, please explain further or file a support request.

to expound: the item will show up in a short period of time in "Items i am selling", however , i am the only one that can see that page, not potential buyers. If a buyer is looking at one of my items that has been listed for a few days and clicks "View sellers other items" the listing i am referring to is NOT on that link until about 4-6 hours after i post it. Also, it is not available for searches for 4-6 hours. That may be the standard way it works and i am, as usual, an ignoramus.

I just posted a BUNCH of items and only one is showing up. On my store window it only shows one item, and when you click on Sellers Other Items it doesn't show anything. They do show up in My Ebay but don't show up linking from other auctions. Grrr... Help!!!

The problem you are having with items not showing in searches but do show in My eBay, is typical for eBay and not an Auctiva problem. It takes eBay up to 12 hours for the newly listed items to show in searches and that is according to eBay. Sometimes it's immediate, sometimes it's 12 hours. If they do not show up after 12 hours, eBay asks you to contact them so they can "fix" the problem. Before 12 hours, they aren't interested in helping you. I hear some categories may start to be delayed up to 24 hours as part of eBay's Trust & Safety campaign against fraud. Sorry.
