Thanks for contributing to our forum. Multi variation listings cannot currently be relisted from the Closed Listings page nor can variations be imported using the “Import Listings” option on that page, so both of the issues you described encountering here are actually expected behavior.
Any listings that you create and save or post through Auctiva are automatically stored on your Saved Listings page for future use so, if the item in question was originally posted through Auctiva, you should be able to find it on your Saved Listings page and repost it from there unless the saved listing has been deleted or overwritten.
If the closed multi variation listing in question was originally posted directly through eBay or is no longer available on your Saved Listings page for some other reason, then your best bet is to import the listing from your Closed Listings page and then add the appropriate variations and item specifics to the resulting saved listing.
