Last night, I tried 3 times, and this morning once, to list an auction. I get it ready, and when I go to "schedule" OR "post", a page comes up that says error. AND when try to go back to the auction page, it's gone!! All my new info I entered is gone.

I have costumes to list, and I'm going to have to go to Ebay and use their listing. It costs more, and isn't as nice, but I know it will launch.

ANY suggestions? I've GOT to get these listings going.

Yes Auctiva does have problems every once in a while, but part of that is just the way computers are. Also if ebay makes a change, which they do often, then Auctiva can have a glitch. I have been with Auctiva for about eight years now and I am still with them. It is frustraiting when things don't work and they do not keep us updated as well as they use to, but they still provide a great service that saves money and time. And most of the time it does work well.
Hi Guys, I just want to say, I love Auctiva and I appreciate all the wonderful benefits that it offers. I got upset a few weeks ago and left Auctiva and I got so burned on Ebays fees I came running back so fast I think I passed myself somwhere. But, Also I have had so many problems these last two weeks, I have made no money and this is my only income right now. I have listed a complaint with Auctiva Support Yesterday morning and Sent them what they asked for but no more response, Probably because of this new problem. I really need to list today while I have help here at home. I really feel for the Support guys, Imagine their frustration. WE NEED YOU GUYS! YOU REALLY ARE APPRECIATED! I PRAY THAT YOUR JOB GETS EASIER TODAY! Thanks, Big T

How about whenever you really, REALLY need to post your items on eBay? (lol)
Auctiva offers a very good looking, easy to use package on a high-visibility location (eBay). Naturally, it would be an instant succes with eBay sellers. Problem is, it seems sometimes the Auctiva servers can't handle the traffic.
