Loading auctiva hosted pics onto new listing

Hi Baff - so to make sure I understand, you already have images uploaded to Auctiva, and have used them for previous listings, and now you want to create a new listing and reuse the images? You don't do this from your Loaded Images page. No problem. Create your listing, and in the Image Selection section, click the 'Select an Image' box in 'Image 1 of 24', and you will be taken to your Loaded Images list. Just click the one you want to use.

No, you've understood exactly what I wish to do, and I've tried (many times) to go the route you've suggested, but when I click on 'Select an Image' box in 'Image 1 of 24', it doesn't go to a loaded images list. The only option I'm given is to upload images, which takes me to look on my PC for the file. I've tried using Fiefox and IE, as I know not all HTML is written properly, and sometimes displays incorrectly.

Any suggestions?

Found it In 'My account' I had image default set to 'upload'. By changing that, I now get the screen you mention. I can't believe it's taken me two years of intermittent fiddling to finally get it sorted.

After reading your reply, I took a while watching the tutorial, then scanning every tab until I saw something, anything, that might change my settings. So thanks, Pete, I appreciate the reply. Even if it didn't cure it, you confirmed what I'd always thought; that I should be able to view auctiva-hosted images to load onto new listings.

Hey Baff, glad you got it sorted - and for what it's worth, I didn't even know you could set that as a default! Oh well, we live and learn don't we?
