LOCKED AUCTIVA BOX POPPING UP ON MY EBAY AUCTION

What in the world is going on now with Auctiva? When I bring up one of my Ebay auctions, all of a sudden in the middle of my screen, an Auctiva box pops up that has a key emblem on it that states "Connecting to scimg.auctiva.com" asking for a user name and password - WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON? Is anyone else getting this popping up in the middle of their screen just out of the blue?

I'm Getting This Pop-up everytime I click on anything in any of my ebay listings... I guess a lot of people are (there is another post from a few days ago) I'm really afraid it's a scam but what can you do?

Auctiva PLEASE ANSWER! This pop-up box will not go away very easily - I keep trying to X it out and it keeps coming back! Why is this suddenly popping up when viewing my Ebay auctions????

Yeah it's asking me for an Auctiva username and password... I'm also getting Runtime Errors and all kinds of garbage... It's making posting pictures VERY challenging!

Hi!
I'm getting the SAME problem!! My auctions are ending soon also, and NO ONE can even place bids on my items because they will get the same box pop up. This is happening on every listing that I Have, including my store inventory items. Help fix this ASAP!!

I am getting the same thing, But like they said they are working on it. Just x-ing it out about 6 times seems to do the trick..and my pictures are loading just fine after I do that. Give em some time, they will get it fixed.

I am not getting the pop up window anymore when I go to one of my auction pages. However the page is loading slower than usual now. I am just greatful to have a free service like this to host my auctions. So Im not gonna complain..lol
