I am trying to log out so that I can make another account for another Ebay account, however it says I'm logged out when I try to register it logs me back in. i don't know what else to do please help.

I think you aren't being logged out in the first place. I've been having trouble like that. I log out at night and when I open Auctiva the next day it says I'm already logged in. Evidently I didn't get logged out at night.
Can anyone help us with this problem?? It may be a system-wide problem.

Yeah you can't log out, it doesn't matter to me except I would like to setup another account for my other ebay id but I can't get logged out to do it. They need to make this where you can have multiple ebay accounts on 1 auctiva account.
You can have multiple accounts. It remembers the last name you signed in under, but just log off, and then where it says log in, click the register button. Sign up for your next user name. I check the remember me box. Then it will remember both my accounts and passwords. When you sign in, it will automatically remember the last one you used. Each time you want to switch, just log off and log in with whichever account you want to use.
