Hi folks, can someone clarify something for me please? In the winning bidder email (the default one), there is a tag for your logo. Where is it pulling the logo from? I assumed it was from the store header, but now I'm not sure. If I preview the email, it just shows a big blue Auctiva logo. Where am I going wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hi Pete,

When you are send custom emails through your Auctiva account, your current Auctiva store logo should be added to the email in place of the [STORELOGO] tag. I believe the Auctiva logo only shows up in place of this tag when the custom email template is previewed.

Thanks for your reponse Mike. I have just clicked the 'send test eMail' button for my custom winning bidder email (which is exactly the same as the default one with a little added text), and when it arrived in my inbox, it still showed the big blue Auctiva logo. I assume that the logo should have been replaced by my logo in the test email? Just want to check before opening a support ticket that may waste someone's time. And to be clear, my logo is the image I have entered in my store's header, is that correct? Thanks in advance.
