Loosing images

Red x's Please Help !!!!!!!!! It's all about the same problem.. You are not alone.. We are all keeping our fingers crossed, but as yet Auctiva is not getting back to us so we are in the dark. I have not had any images for around the last 18 hours, so am hoping that when I wake in the morning they will be there..

I have lost all my immages What is going on??
This is not the first time
I have lost sales Today Sunday My bet day for sales normally

My images have now been gone for 48 hours, am beginning to loose hope that Auctiva is going to be able to rectify the problem. Have ended all my listings that I thought would be seriously affected and have now listed again after having to pull out the trusty camera and take photo's all over again and then upload them all. Except for a message to say We are aware of the problem and a small message in one of the other threads, which didn't help. We have had no explanation from Auctiva as yet as to why this has happened and how and when it will be rectified if ever.

I just realized this morning that my ebay store pics are still missing!!! And still no reply from Auctiva to me or even here on the boards, can't they tell us something??? How rude to let us hang like this. some sort of reply would be appreciated!!
