Hello, I used to use Auctiva all the time but when they raised the rates on eBay, I let everything close in my store. I thought I would try putting a few things back on eBay and when I logged onto Auctiva, I got a surprise. Logging onto one page leads me to logging onto another page here on Auctiva. It says it has improved, but, I found out that anything I had stored on here has disappeared. And the only way to make listings is to download Mister Poster? Even though it says it is Free, Not that I can see. I have to pay storage if I want to have more than 1 photo on the listing? What happened to the templates we used to be able to use on here. We have to pay for that now too? I have been trying for 5 hours to figure this out. When I tried to upload 1 item onto eBay it says invalid password. Now up until that point it was taking my password just fine although I probably have 20 tokens now having to this page constantly.
I have searched to posts for answers and I am not finding any answers.
So what is actually free and what is not??
