Lost my listings in my Ebay Store when I signed up, Help!

I know that you lose some listings temporarily, or at least you don't see them for awhile when you sign up, but I can see listings that were just auction style and all the items that were fixed price or store inventory in my Ebay Store are not showing, is that ok? Also can I keep my ebay store and still use features like the scrolling gallery from auctiva? I'm sure these are all questions asked before, but I'm a bit confused and tired and couldn't find a thread with these in it. Thanks for any help!

Hi,

When you sign-up and pass the token, all your listings are pulled to add the Scrolling Gallery and eBay rechecks them for security before they are released again.

The Scrolling Gallery works fine with eBay Store. However, the Scrolling Gallery is limited to about 16 concurrent listings and it's normally those that are ending soonest (like Auctions). I know the Auctiva Wall version of the gallery can hold more, and I know some Store owners that use the Wall as preference over the Scrolling Gallery. You'll find the Wall with other possible gallery customization features on the Store tab page.
