Lost my save & scheduled listings

It is next to impossible that your saved and scheduled listings vanished so I suspect there is a reasonable explanation and they can be retrieved. I suggest you file a support case about this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:

Well I was trying to make some folders which I did and I think all the saved and scheduled listings went into all the file folders. When I click on the different file names there they are. Now I just have to learn how to send one listing at a time into the folder it should be in. More experimenting. I learned Vendio, Turbo Lister and Selling Manager Pro and I'm sure I can learn this one. Thanks for your reply. ~Pam

Hi Pam,

To move an individual listing into a folder you have created, simply go to your saved listings page, check the box next to the listing you'd like to relocate, then select which folder you would like to move it to from the appropriate pulldown menu and click the "Move" button. This process can also be used to move multiple listings at once.

Thanks Mike. I spent more time in Auctiva today and worked it out. The listings were temporarily not showing for a while last night, because they all show up where I was expecting them today. Maybe a temporary program glitch or not. Sometimes I'm working way too late at night and my brain is already asleep. Pam
