Lost my scrolling bar :(

Can someone please help?

I've just changed my template for ebay auctions and seem to have lost my scrolling window? I have checked that everything is ticked but still no window.

I can just tell this answer is going to be soooo simple lol!

Hi you do not say where your scrolling window is lost.

In my experience you do not see it in the editor, preview or the template as it is added to your listing on its way to eBay.

Hi Narci,

The reason your scrolling gallery was lost when you changed your template is because the HTML code generated by the "<HTML> icon does not include the scrolling gallery HTML code. Therefore, when you deleted the existing description HTML from the listing, you actually removed the scrolling gallery as well.

If you would like to add the scrolling gallery to these listings, you can click the "Scrolling Gallery HTML" link under the "Store" tab within your account, copy the code from there, and then paste it above or below the existing description HTML in the listing, depending on where you'd like it to appear. Or, you are welcome to file a support request and request that we append the scrolling gallery to these listings.
