It's such an up and down ride with auctiva. I've been here for over 5 years now originally as a paying customer(I still am using ebud and feedback) and now here on free auctiva.
When it works right it's the best I've found so far, but there are so many glitch type problems that it's almost not worth it.
Tom please keeping working to raise the relibility of your product. I just spent 15 minutes writing up a long auction, only to have the site crash when I tried to save.
The nice thing about the old auctiva poster was you could save your auction to your computer and if it failed you didn't have to rewrite the whole thing again. I think that has been one of the major complaints.
Is there anyway to add a feature that would allow you to save the auction to our computers before posting? That way we wouldn't loose it if there is a problem. Also that way even when the site is down we could still work and upload the auctions later.
