Hi, I hope this answers your question as I understand it.

1. In Auctiva Image Uploader, in the left frame it showed a menu of my pc photos. I clicked on the image folder I wanted. The corresponding photos showed on the right frame. I selected the photos I wanted to upload from the right frame. Then selected a folder to upload to and clicked upload. The photos uploaded very quickly.

2. Under Image Selection in my listing template, I clicked on 'select an image', found the files I wanted, clicked on the photos, selected "Done" & the process was complete.

I think there must be a problem with Auctiva Uploader or else I am doing something really stupid?

I done what you said in step 1 as this is the easy part and saved images into a folder.

Once the images have uploaded window closes down and takes you to the Images tab page showing the images in the folder to where you have uploaded.

I can see the images so I know they have been uploaded and stored into this folder.

I then click on the Listing Tab and find my saved listing.

I scroll down to Image Selection and clcik Select An Image.

However, the basic HTML uploader box comes up and I cannot see the images that I have just uploaded.

Basically looks like I am in a vicious circle.

The basic HTML uploader barely works and although I can upload images via the new Auctiva Uploader I cannot physically able to get them onto my listing.

Any suggestions?

Since you are seeing the HTML Uploader page when you click the "Select an Images" boxes on the Auctiva lister page, I suspect you must have your default image selection view on the one-page lister set to "upload". You can check this out by clicking the "Account Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account and looking for the "Default View when Selecting Images on One-page Lister" drop-down menu in the "Image Management" section.

If you select "thumbnail" or "list" from the "Default View when Selecting Images on One-page Lister" and then save your changes, you will see the option to select from the images you have already uploaded into your Auctiva account when you click the "Select an Image" boxes.
