I'll start it off:
I'm currently on a G4 DigitalAudio that I recently upgraded with a 1.4GHz sonnet Cresendo. Of course Max Ram and a 120GB HD. Plus, a few other tweaks. Check out my benchmarks vs. a G5 PM (benchmark is even before max ram):

I also have an iMac G4 700 Flat-Panel (my wife's)
And, for portable I have a G3 iBook 800 that has seen much use.
Prior to this I had a PowerMac G4 Cube 450, PowerMac G3 Blue/White 400, iMac 400 DV, iMac 350, and Performa 6300 100MHz (my first I owned)

The first Apple I had in the house was an Apple IIGS. That one was bought by my parents.
I worked on many blue G3 towers and graphite G4 towers, along with many Bondi Blue iMacs and flavored imacs.
My first mac of my own was a 400 mhz graphite iMac DV SE. It was replaced by an icebook, a 600mhz G3 iBook. That has since been replaced by a 1.2 ghz G4 iBook.
I also have a 1 ghz dual processor G4 tower. No significant mods on anything at this time. Just extra RAM, airport cards, etc. I will be adding USB 2.0 to the tower as soon as we get around to it, and upgrading that machine from 10.2 to 10.4.
