Maintenance in the afternoon?

TRY TO LIST AND GOT THE BELOW:

We are currently updating our website and database to add new features and fix bugs. This process usually takes 5 minutes for an update. However it can take up to 2.5 hours during our database maintenance period: Thursday nights starting at 11PM PST.

In the meantime you can find answers to any questions you might have on our Community Forums.

So as suggested I am here asking a question

Great timing!!! Why do the maintenance during the day? Doesn't make since. Common sense would tell you I would think!!! This site always has issues.

Hi guys

I apologize for any inconvenience. There was no maintenance today. The database "burped" and when the site went unavailable it displayed an error page with the old message.

So my apologies for the disruption but it was beyond our control. Was not a planned outage.
