Hi,
Can someone tell me the answer to this question and what I should be doing to prevent it?

When I go into my MANAGE IMAGES section, I am seeing all my pictures plus all sections of templates that I am using or have used.

I cannot seem to get organized with this image management. I send a picture to a particular folder, but it never removes it from where I started. The folders seem useless to me.
What steps should I consider after I have pulled a photo in from my Snapfire program?

OK, I guess that was 2 questions. HELP me get organized.

When you upload a picture to Auctiva, it doesn't remove the picture from your desktop system. Hopefully, it's uploading to the folder you've designated. If not, you can move a picture to another folder. I use my folders almost like a status for use, but you can organize them anyway you choose. If you have alot of pictures, it does help in locating them during listing preparation.

I assume you are using Corel Snapfire to pre-prepare the picture for your listing. If those edits are sufficient, you really only need to upload the picture to Auctiva for use in a listing.
