Manual HTML insertion

If you just joined, then by default the window will be added to the bottom of your active listings.

However ...All listings you create thru Auctiva will add the store window to the top this is by default.

I'm not sure what error your talking about so can't help on that one. Are you talking about a gallery image you click on? what is the error? Do you have a item number to a active listing so someone can see if they get the same error?

I mean, if I include the html code in my auction, will the store window duplicate itself on the bottom? The old auctiva gave you an option to insert the code manually so that it does not automatically get inserted in your auctions. The thing is, I know the store window is not reliable so when it is not functioning I would rather not have it show up than show up and not have any of my listings.

When I click on the "Click Here to Browse all my eBay items," it opens a page and says:
An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues.

I haven't a clue, I see what your talking about. I tried mine and its working correctly, I use the smaller window not sure if that makes a difference or not.

If you turn off the Auctiva scrolling gallery it won't show in your new listings, then you can add the html to your listing on the ones you want, is that your question?

I'd file a support ticket about the error thing though, upper right corner, under help.
