I am a seller who always list products in AU & UK sites. For all items, I use the same strategy for shipping and insurance fees at which all listings can normally be listed onto eBay in previous time.

However, on these few days onward, Auctiva stated that my shipping and insurance fees are highly than a certain amount and did not allow me to list products. I've already revised a few times to the requested amount given but none works.

In addition, Auctiva has removed all the categories of my items, when I list products, I've to choose manually everytime which is very annoying.

Does anyone experience the above problems? And I would like some technicians or engineers in Auctiva to investigate the bugs and problems that all users face and respond quickly on what has happened in Auctiva.

Are you sure it's Auctiva that is refusing to list your items, and not eBay? All Auctiva does is submit the info to eBay--if eBay has a problem with your shipping cost, they will not list your items. You will see an error message on your Auctiva page, but that is just the info that they were given by eBay. Auctiva does not regulate eBay's policies, although they do their very best to keep up to date about them. That is something that you will have to take up with eBay's support. How long has it been since you listed on eBay? They have changed a lot of policies regarding shipping and insurance fees in recent months.
