How can I create a Master profile? What do I click on?

Hi,
Here is what you need to do:
1. Click on profile tab.
2. Under create new profiles click item details, see if there is anything you want to preset there or if you want to fill that part in as you list. If you preset anything then at the bottom of the page give it a profile name and save it.
3. Click on Marketing tools and do the same as above.
4. Click on Shipping and do the same as above.
5. Click on Checkout and do the same as above.
Then you can Create a master profile that contains from one to all four of the individual profiles, mentioned.
If you still have trouble feel free to email me rhaleyjr@insightbb.com and i will let you know when i will be on aim (aol instant messenger) and will help you through it.

That's different...for that you need to go to Seller Details, not Profiles.
