I tried to list (after successfully listing 2 auctions) a 3rd auction, using the similar option. But my saved description blinked for a second and then disappeared! What's up?

Yes, I do - but I had just listed 2 auctions without a problem, then the 3rd wouldn't work. I'm getting ready to try again...
Ok, now it's working and I didn't do anything any differently. Hmpf. Just a glitch somewhere between Auctiva and me I suppose. 
Not working again. I saved my listing, then went to launch it, and the entire description disappeared!
It just worked. Argh.
Sorry I misread your first post. You may be having a cache problem. Try clearing the cache and make sure it is set large enough. Also when you open a saved template try holding down Ctrl and hitting the refresh button.
