Master Template not always working on listings

I have come across a problem after selecting a template on some of my listings where it won't load my master details. The box is unaccessable. This is when i use a sell a similiar item and it is okay on the original posting. If I use it again it has where I can use it after that one time. Is this a gliche in the system?

If i go out and then go back in after saving it it finally lets me select master seller details. what a pain!
