I have created and used many master templates over the past 6 months. Today when I select one, it loads everything but the design and I have to select that manually - any ideas?

I'm in the same boat, can't preview or select a template although everything worked fine UNTIL the select template box changed colors and font. On my end, no changes. I got a reply from auctiva support, but the problem persists. Please post if anyone finds the answer!
Thanks for the reply. Mine are not showing but then while I am putting together the listing if I click the blue square that says "choose templaet" it will let me select a template. BUT - these are extra steps that should not have to be taken if you are using a master profile. Let me know if you hear anything else. I am sure it has to do with the changes they made on Friday - no changes have been made on my end.
