Max image size 3.5 mb

I am here on the first day of my free trial and it seems Auctiva has already lost my business. Am I missing something in regards to max image size? eBay automatically converts the images I upload no matter what the size. So I have to shoot my pictures in lower resolution that I will not be happy with for any other purpose, just so I can use these Auctiva tools? Or go through the extra step of conversion? Please tell me I'm missing something....

I have same problem, for me after using for many years all of a sudden am getting the 3.5 error when I try to upload pictures. I can take picture all in 1 sitting, same camera, settings. some will go through and others will not. So have to resize them which is Pain!
