One for my home merchandise and one for my drop shipper merchandise, the terms are different.
I hope this is possible, or do I need another sign in name for each?

Yes, as long as you are listing your home merchandise and your drop-ship merchandise on the same eBay account, you should be able to create a master profile for each type of merchandise within a single Auctiva account. You could create your second master profile via the same process by which you created your first.
Once you have created your two master profiles, you could use the "Create Listing from Master Profile" option under the "Listings" tab to begin your listings using one of your master profiles. You'll just have to select the appropriate one from the adjacent drop-down menu before clicking the "Go" button.
