Apologies for the delay of my response. I am not aware of any issues with the Custom Item Specifics failing to load correctly.

I have tested category 3002 - and have not been able to reproduce an issue with the Custom Item Specifics fields in this category. I did note a minor delay in the fields becoming active when I created a listing in this category, but have not been able to reproduce the issue with the options other than Brand in the Custom Item Specifics failing to show.

If the issue has recurred again for you or has been continuing, please try clearing your browser cache to ensure that the page is not loading erroneously from the cache. If the difficulty persists, please file a support case letting us know your operating system and browser information as well as a description of the issue, so we can look into this further.
